Terms of Use
Run1000city · Effective 25 September 2026
The short version. Run1000city is a free hobby project that turns your runs
into a map. Use it for fun, don't cheat the rankings, don't rely on it for
navigation or safety, and remember it may change or stop.
1. The service
Run1000city records the activities you send us and shows which administrative
regions you have visited. It is provided free of charge and is run by an individual,
not a company.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password and your six-character watch
pairing code to yourself. Anyone with that code can send activities into your account.
- Choose a nickname that is not offensive and does not impersonate someone else.
We may change or remove a nickname that breaks this.
- One person, one account.
3. Fair play in rankings
Rankings only count activities that arrived through our own watch data field,
because that is the only channel we can reasonably trust. Please do not:
- send made-up or edited tracks,
- record an activity by car, motorbike, train or aircraft and present it as a run,
- use another person's pairing code, or share yours so someone else can run for you,
- try to script or automate requests to our server.
We may exclude activities, remove someone from the rankings, or close an account
when it is clear that these rules were broken.
4. Your content
Your activities stay yours. By using the service you allow us to store and process
them so the app can work, and — only if you opt into rankings — to show your nickname
and your region and country counts to other users. We do not claim ownership and we
do not publish your routes.
5. Maps and data sources
Region boundaries come from open data sources and are approximate. Borders shown
in the app are not a statement about any political or territorial dispute. Map
backgrounds are supplied by third parties under their own terms.
6. No warranty, and please be careful
- The service is provided "as is". We cannot promise it will be available,
accurate, or free of errors, and badges or rankings may be recalculated.
- Do not use Run1000city for navigation, and do not look at your watch instead
of the road. Your safety while exercising is your own responsibility.
- Please follow local law and respect private property when you run.
7. Changes and ending
We may change features, or stop the service, at any time. If we plan to shut it
down we will try to give notice so you can ask for a copy of your data. You can stop
using the service and ask for deletion whenever you want.

1. 서비스
보내 주신 달리기를 기록해서 지나신 행정구역을 보여 드립니다. 무료이고, 회사가
아니라 개인이 굴립니다.
2. 계정
- 비밀번호와 여섯 자리 시계 연결 번호는 본인만 아셔야 합니다.
그 번호를 아는 사람은 내 계정으로 기록을 보낼 수 있습니다
- 남을 사칭하거나 불쾌감을 주는 닉네임은 바꾸거나 지울 수 있습니다
- 한 사람이 한 계정
3. 순위의 공정함
순위에는 우리 시계 데이터 필드로 들어온 기록만 들어갑니다. 그것만이 믿을 수
있는 길이기 때문입니다. 다음은 하지 말아 주세요.
- 지어내거나 손본 경로를 보내는 것
- 차·오토바이·기차·비행기로 움직인 것을 달리기로 올리는 것
- 남의 연결 번호를 쓰거나, 내 번호를 넘겨 남이 대신 뛰게 하는 것
- 서버를 기계로 두드리는 것
어긴 것이 분명하면 그 기록을 빼거나, 순위에서 제외하거나, 계정을 닫을 수 있습니다.
4. 올리신 것
달리기 기록은 마스터의 것입니다. 앱이 돌아가도록 보관하고 처리하는 것,
그리고 순위 참여를 켜신 경우에만 닉네임과 구역·나라 수를 다른 이용자에게
보여 주는 것에 동의하시는 것입니다. 소유권을 주장하지 않으며 달린 길을 공개하지 않습니다.
5. 지도와 자료
행정구역 경계는 공개 자료에서 왔고 정확하지 않을 수 있습니다. 앱에 그려진 국경은
어떤 정치적·영토적 주장을 담고 있지 않습니다. 지도 배경은 제공처의 약관을 따릅니다.
6. 보증하지 않습니다 — 그리고 조심하세요
- 있는 그대로 제공합니다. 언제나 되고, 늘 정확하고, 오류가 없다고 약속할 수
없습니다. 배지나 순위는 다시 계산될 수 있습니다
- 길찾기에 쓰지 마시고, 길 대신 시계를 보지 마세요.
운동 중 안전은 본인 책임입니다
- 현지 법을 지키고 사유지를 존중해 주세요
7. 바뀌거나 멈출 때
기능을 바꾸거나 서비스를 멈출 수 있습니다. 닫게 되면 자료를 받아 가실 수 있도록
미리 알리도록 하겠습니다. 언제든 그만 쓰시고 삭제를 요청하실 수 있습니다.
